Extended Care Rates 2008-2009

Hourly Rate Cards
Extended Care is a pre-paid service. There is no billing. Families must either purchase the hourly rate cards or register for unlimited day care use. The more tickets purchased at, the greater the discount, ONLY IF CARDS ARE PURCHASED AT THE SAME TIME. Tickets must be presented at time student is signed in the morning and/or checked out in the afternoon. Failure to provide a card will result in a drop-off fee of $8.00 per hour being charged.

1 card 20 hours $135.00/$6.75/hour
2 cards 40 hours $232.00/$5.80/hour
3 cards 60 hours $332.00/$5.53/hour
4 cards 80 hours $423.00/$5.28/hour
5 cards 100 hours $499.00/$4.99/hour
6 cards 120 hours $557.00/$4.64/hour

· Drop in rate is $8 per hour. Payable when your child is picked up.
· Drop-in rate applies if no hours card is presented at pick-up time.
· Extended care cards are comparable to cash. Treat them as such.
· Extended care cards are non-transferable and non-refundable.
· Extended care cards may be used for the following school year.

Full Time unlimited use
Full time rates are available. This allows for unlimited hours for the entire year. The unlimited rate is $340 per month per child. These fees are based on 160 full school days and 20 minimum days and are pro-rated over 10 months. Unlimited monthly fees are payable on the first school day of every month, September through June. (December and June are full payment months)

Late Fee
The late fee is $3.00 per minute after 6:00. If a student has been picked up late more than 4 times, the late fee increases to $5.00 per minute after 6:00. If a student is picked up between 6:00 and 6:05, a late charge will not be assessed.
